Property Growth Assessment

Discover What's Possible. Determine What's Worth Pursuing.

Your property may have revenue opportunities that aren't obvious today.

Our Property Growth Assessment looks at your property, how it is being used, and where additional revenue or value may be possible. We identify opportunities, evaluate the business and financial potential behind them, and use conceptual design to show what the strongest ideas could become.

Before significant capital is committed, we help you understand where the best opportunities may be.

What Could Your Property Be Doing That It Isn't Doing Today?

Property owners spend most of their time managing what already exists—operations, tenants, customers, maintenance, projects, and the day-to-day needs of the business.

That can make it difficult to step back and look at the property differently.

There may be an underused rooftop. Excess land. An overlooked outdoor area. A missing guest amenity. An opportunity for events. A space that could support an entirely different use.

We help ownership find those opportunities—and determine which ones deserve a closer look.

This establishes the problem.

What We Look For

  • Underused Space

We look for land, rooftops, outdoor areas, interior spaces, parking, and other parts of the property that may have the potential to work harder.

  • New Revenue

We explore ways the property could generate additional revenue through new uses, hospitality, events, amenities, experiences, leasing, or other concepts.

  • Customer and Guest Experience

We look at how people currently experience the property and where improvements could increase visitation, spending, length of stay, or overall value.

  • Property Value

We consider opportunities that may improve the long-term usefulness, positioning, marketability, and value of the property.

The Process

From Property to Possibility

We start with the property and the business behind it.

We learn how the property operates today, what ownership is trying to accomplish, where challenges exist, and where there may already be ideas worth exploring.

01 — Understand

We identify opportunities for growth.

We study the property, existing uses, customer experience, physical space, and surrounding context to uncover potential opportunities for new revenue, better utilization, and added value.

02 — Discover

We turn the strongest opportunities into ideas you can see.

We develop promising opportunities through strategy, conceptual planning, and visual design so ownership can better understand what an idea could become and whether it deserves further investment.

03 — Develop & Visualize

What You Get

A fresh look at the property and where additional value may exist.

In-Bound Leads

A focused list of ideas we believe deserve further consideration.

Design Driven Cold Outreach

Early design thinking that begins turning the strongest ideas into something tangible.

BID Platforms

Concept imagery and visualization that helps ownership see and communicate what an opportunity could become.

Visual Visioning

Section 6 — Show an Example

This could eventually become one of the best sections on your entire website.

I'd make it extremely visual.

See the Opportunity.

Imagine a hotel has:

Existing Condition

An underused lawn beside the hotel.

Opportunity

Could this space generate revenue rather than simply being maintained?

Strategy

Outdoor wellness + private event space + premium guest experience.

Vision

[LARGE BEAUTIFUL CONCEPT RENDERING]

Potential

New guest experiences
Private events
Wellness programming
Premium packages
Competitive differentiation

This demonstrates exactly what you're selling.

You're taking:

something overlooked → finding an idea → developing the strategy → designing the concept → showing the possibility.

Eventually I'd have 3 examples on the page.

For example:

Hotel Lawn → Wellness Experience

Unused Rooftop → Hospitality Venue

Restaurant Exterior → Expanded Revenue-Producing Patio

Section 7 — Who It's For

Keep this short.

Built for Owners Who Want More From Their Real Estate.

Commercial Property Owners
Find additional value within existing assets.

Hotels & Hospitality Groups
Identify opportunities to increase guest experience and revenue.

Restaurants & Hospitality Operators
Explore capacity, outdoor dining, events, and new experiences.

Developers & Investors
Explore possibilities before committing significant capital.

Portfolio Owners
Identify and prioritize opportunities across multiple properties.

Section 8 — Very Important: What Happens Next

This is where you plant the retainer idea.

An Assessment Can Be the Beginning.

Some opportunities can be identified and acted on quickly. Others need further strategy, design, feasibility work, or time to develop.

After the Property Growth Assessment, you can take the findings and move forward independently, engage us to develop a specific opportunity further, or continue working with Spaces Growth Partners through an ongoing Growth Partnership.

Then show three paths:

Take the Roadmap

Use the assessment internally and pursue opportunities with your existing team.

Develop an Opportunity

Engage us to take a promising concept further through strategy and visual development.

Become a Growth Partner

Keep us involved as an ongoing advisor to continually identify, develop, and visualize new opportunities across your property or portfolio.

[ EXPLORE THE GROWTH PARTNERSHIP ]

This is important because it makes the Assessment feel low-risk.

You're not saying:

"Buy this assessment so I can sell you a retainer."

You're saying:

"Here's something valuable and complete by itself. If you want us to stay involved afterward, here are the options."

That makes the upsell more natural.

Section 9 — Final CTA

I'd go back to the full-width image + dark overlay style.

Small kicker:

PROPERTY GROWTH ASSESSMENT

You Already Own the Property.

Let's Find Out What Else It Could Do.

You don't need to come to us with a project already defined. That's the point of the assessment.

We'll help you look at the property differently, identify opportunities worth exploring, and begin showing you what those opportunities could become.

[ START MY PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ]

And underneath the button, perhaps:

Have multiple properties? Ask about a portfolio assessment.

The whole page architecture

I'd build it in Squarespace in this exact order:

  1. Hero — Discover What's Possible Before Deciding What's Next

  2. Problem — A Property Can Be Performing Well...

  3. 4 Columns — What We Look For

  4. 3 Columns — Understand → Discover → Develop & Visualize

  5. Deliverables — What You Walk Away With

  6. Visual Case Study — Existing → Opportunity → Strategy → Vision

  7. Who It's For

  8. What Happens Next — Roadmap / Develop / Growth Partnership

  9. Full-Bleed CTA — Let's Find Out What Else Your Property Could Do

There is also one big strategic decision I'd make before publishing this page: pricing/packaging.

I would eventually turn the Property Growth Assessment into a clearly defined product with a fixed starting price, defined timeframe, defined deliverables, and perhaps 2–3 levels based on property/portfolio complexity. That will make the offer feel far more concrete than “hire us for consulting,” and it creates a very clean front door into the recurring advisory relationship you ultimately want.

Potential new uses, amenities, experiences, or business concepts tailored to the property.

Lunch and Learns
